Nicknamed "the canary" in reference to his shrill but harmonious art of whistling, one of the pillars of New York's latino scene spent a summer spell in Europe where we caught up with him for a chat about improvisation, Celia Cruz, his own record label Viva Discos Internacional and latest album "Diferente".
