Peruvian-born
Tania Libertad is probably one of Mexico's best known bolero singers,
a genre she began to master from the tender age of 5. Since meeting Cesaria
de Evora and her producer Jose da Silva, her dream of spreading the Afro
Peruvian culture and music around the world is coming true, with her latest
album "Costa Negra" released with Lusafrica. During her visit
to Paris, where she took the Maroquinerie venue by storm, we met up with
her to learn more.
