Le 13 avril c'est Vaisakhi , nouvel an Sikh et fete des moissons au Punjab , theme du premier single "Vaisakhi Mela" de Jasjot Singh Ghuman , nouveau venu sur la scene bhangra , produit par Tru Skool, lui c'est un chanteur proche de la tradition , Gtown Desi representent une version plus contemporaine du bhangra , un collectif de 5 Dj's  de Glasgow (Ecosse) localement reputés pour leur soirée "Secrets" depuis 2008, sortent leur premier album intitulé : "11:34" une fusion bhangra , bollywood , breakbeat , house etc , "Peerh" premier clip , dejà reperé au Royaume-Uni .        http://gtowndesi.com/main

Les jeunes Kenyans n'ont pas seulement inventés la banque du futur par SMS , ils ont aussi d'excellents groupes inventifs pour la musique et la promo , voiçi d'abord Just A Band apres  le buzz planetaire autour de "Scratch To Reveal" en 2008, voiçi le deuxieme single "Ha Hey"  du deuxieme Cd "82" , ils realisent eux-meme leurs clips , influencés "Blaxploitation 70" avec un heros nommé Makmende.En second les petits nouveaux Sauti Sol , leur premier album "Mwanzo" et la video "Mara Hio" , avec ce titre ils traversent l'Afrique d'est en ouest avec la participation des nigerians Sasha P. et General Pype.

Elevée par sa grand-mere nomade en Mongolie Interieure , Sa Ding Ding arrive à Pekin en 2000 . 2008 "Alive" premier Album et voiçi le nouveau cd "Harmony"(normal pour cette etudiante en boudhisme et meditation) elle chante en sanskrit , mandarin et tibetain , melant  instruments et melodies de ces differentes traditions à l'electronique.  

Born in a nomad family of Inner Mongolia , Sa Ding Ding settle in Beijing in 2000.First album "Alive" in 2008 , here come the following "Harmony" ( she study boudhism and meditation) singing in sanskrit , mandarin and tibetan fusing instruments and melodies of  those traditions with electronics. Just like a star she got Marius de Vries & Paul Oakenfold at the control and mixing.

Projecto Funaná & Batuku 2010

Banni par les colonisateurs mais perpetué par les femmes dans les champs c'est le Batuku, le Funana est plus recent , deux musiques à danser bien vivantes au Cap Vert , voiçi Jorge Neto sur la compilation "Projecto Funana & Batuku 2010".                                                                                                                        Banned during colonial time but continued by the women in the fields it's Batuku, Funana started at the beginning of the XX° century , those dance musics still alive in Cabo Verde , here Jorge Neto on "Projecto Funana & Batuku 2010".
